  • Contact Information (email and phone number)
  • Date of Donation
  • Amount Donated
  • Transaction ID or Receipt Number
  • Reason for Refund Request

Conditions for Non-Refundable Donations

• Donations made more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
• Donations made through third-party platforms or fundraising events not directly managed by Kosha Foundation.
• Donations for which a tax receipt has already been issued.
